HIGHLIGHTED ACTIVITIY OF SCHOOL
As the end of the school year approaches, it’s time to wrap up the transportation theme in preschool. Over the past few weeks, children have had the opportunity to explore different modes of transportation, from cars and buses to boats and airplanes. They have engaged in a variety of activities that have promoted learning and development, from sensory play and arts and crafts to dramatic play and math and science activities.
As a way to close out the transportation theme, it’s important to give children a sense of closure and a chance to reflect on what they have learned.
Nursery students had their thematic closing on Transportation Day where children dressed up in transportation-themed costumes and presented in front of their parents.
By closing out the transportation theme in a meaningful way, children can leave preschool with a sense of accomplishment and a better understanding of the world around them. They gained new skills and knowledge they will carry with them as they continue learning and growing.
